Code of Conduct for Parents/Carers and Visitors

We welcome visitors to our school and will always act to ensure it remains a safe place for our pupils, staff and all other members of our school community.

If a parent/carer or visitor has concerns we will always listen to them either face to face, on the phone or via email.

We expect everyone within our community to treat each other with courtesy and respect whatever their circumstances.

Barking and Dagenham Council is committed to the protection of it's staff and the community and will not tolerate violent, racist, sexist, homophobic or aggressive behaviour.

If such behaviour occurs, we will follow the procedures outlined in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham's guidance - 'Keeping Schools Safe' and within the school's own policy.

Any anti-social behaviour will be reported and the firmest possible action taken, including prosecution.

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Furze-Warren

Hard Federation

On behalf of the staff, pupils and governors of Furze Infants and Warren Junior School I would like to welcome you to our federation. We are two schools working together under one Governing Body for the benefit of our pupils and the success of the community we live in.

We believe our schools gain from working collaboratively, more importantly, we strive to provide a seamless transition for our pupils between the two schools.
